Some items are not eligible for express or super express delivery and some specialty items may require additional delivery time.
Typical delivery estimates:
- Super Express delivery: 2 business days
- Express delivery: 4 business days
- Standard delivery: 10 business days
- White glove deliveries will be scheduled, at your convenience, within 15 business days.
Please Note: Express delivery methods may not be offered if the item is shipped directly from the manufacturer, or if product regulations prevent air shipment. The cost of Express delivery methods includes standard shipping charges plus the cost of expediting the shipping process to ensure timely shipping.
AutoShip customers: If you choose express delivery for an AutoShip program, only the first delivery will be sent via an express shipping method. The additional shipments will be shipped to arrive on time via standard delivery.
If you are buying perishable goods, such as foods, we ship your product Monday-Wednesday to ensure that it will arrive to you fresh by Friday of that week.
Remember that mail carriers do not deliver on Sundays or major holidays, and that packages shipping from our vendors may take a few extra days to arrive. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
